This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and AI music generation tools (the "Service"). Our privacy-by-design approach means we do not require user accounts and we aim to minimize the data we collect.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This Privacy Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

1.1. Information You Provide Directly:

Prompts, Lyrics, and Queries: We collect the text prompts, lyrics, and any other queries you submit to the Service in order to generate content. This may inadvertently include personal information if you provide it in a prompt.

1.2. Information We Collect Automatically:

Live listener estimate: The live player sends a random, short-lived page-session identifier and whether live audio is playing. We use a keyed hash of the network address to limit abuse; this presence table does not store raw IP addresses or a listening history. A session stops counting after 45 seconds without a heartbeat. Presence records expire after an hour of inactivity and are cleared during the next presence update. Paused, muted and archive-replay players are excluded. The displayed number estimates active browser sessions, not verified individual people.

Terms acceptance and abuse prevention: We retain the accepted terms version, time, form/API channel and a keyed network-address hash in the live database for up to one year to document acceptance. Restricted recovery backups may retain older records until those backups are replaced; they are not used for routine listener analytics. Separate signed form tickets, hashed rate-limit records and duplicate-submission checks protect generation from bots and spam.

Radio archive: Songs, artwork, lyrics, DJ transcripts and broadcast times are stored in a permanent archive on our storage infrastructure. Publicly aired material may be replayed. Please do not include private or sensitive information in material intended for broadcast.

Log Data: Like virtually all websites, our servers automatically record information to operate the service and ensure its security. This data may include your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, and the time and date of your request. IP addresses are considered personal information under various regulations.

Your Recent Songs: To help you find songs you've made, your browser keeps a short list of links to your recent songs on your own device, using your browser's local storage. This list is never sent to us. You can clear it with "Forget these" on the home page, or by clearing your browser's data for this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
To improve, analyze, and personalize the Service.
To evaluate and improve the Service; submitted material is not currently used to train our own models.
To monitor for security purposes and to prevent abuse.
To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We may share information only in the following situations:

Service Providers: With third-party vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting.
Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We retain log data for a limited period for security and site operations. We retain song files, submitted prompts and lyrics, metadata, and broadcast transcripts to maintain permanent song links and the archive. These records may include personal information you chose to submit; they are not automatically de-identified. Retention is subject to applicable rights and deletion requests.

7. Your Data Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information. As we do not maintain user accounts, requests for deletion will be handled based on specific information you can provide that allows us to locate your data. Our Service is hosted in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
